The African & Caribbean Energy Network (ACEN) is proud to announce its role as a Media Partner for the 15th Edition of the Practical Nigerian Content (PNC) Forum, taking place 30 November – 3 December 2026 at the Nigerian Content Tower, Swali, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
For more than 14 years, the PNC Forum has provided an important platform for government stakeholders, industry leaders, operators, service providers, and other key players across the energy value chain to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and advance Nigeria’s local content agenda.
Advancing Nigerian Content. Strengthening Energy Development.
Nigeria’s progress in local content development demonstrates what can be achieved through deliberate policy, investment, capacity building, and industry collaboration.
Nigerian Content has grown from 5% at inception to 26% in 2016 and 61% in 2025, reflecting significant progress in increasing local participation, developing domestic capabilities, and retaining greater value within Nigeria’s energy sector.
The expansion of the Nigerian Content Intervention Fund from $200 million to $400 million further strengthens opportunities for Nigerian businesses by improving access to capital and supporting sustainable industry growth.
As conversations around energy sufficiency, local capacity, investment, technology, and regional collaboration become increasingly important, platforms such as the PNC Forum provide an opportunity to move beyond discussion toward practical solutions and stronger partnerships.
ACEN is pleased to support the 2026 Forum as a Media Partner and to help amplify conversations that advance Nigerian Content while contributing to a stronger and more sustainable African energy sector.
Join the conversations shaping the future of Nigerian Content and energy development.
